Purchased Video and It Cannot be Viewed

Please assist. I just purchased the video VALUING LIVES: WOLF WOLFENSBERGER AND THE PRINCIPLE OF NORMALIZATION and it will not load on the website to watch it. It gives an error message of sorry, error loading try reloading your page. When you attempt to download it, it says "failed - server problem.

Sorry about this! There is an internet wide outage of a widely used storage system called Amazon S3. Unfortunately, that is affecting our video playback as well. Hopefully, it should be back up shortly! https://status.aws.amazon.com/

I purchased Invaluable and would like to send it to our HR Chief as well as our Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Director as I am advocating for both NADSP Credentialing, a career ladder with pay increases for our DSPs. Is there a way to forward the full documentary?
